OUR STORY

Three Generations One Standard

Construction is more than a profession for us — it’s a craft that has been passed down through three generations. Our roots in construction began with a grandfather who built, continued through a father who built, and today carry forward through founder Jashandeep Singh Sidhu.

With a Civil Engineering background and years of construction experience in both India and Canada, Jashandeep developed a deep understanding of not only how buildings are constructed, but how projects should be managed. Before founding Quila Contracting and Weaver Homes, he worked in estimating and project management roles, gaining firsthand experience on complex commercial and residential projects throughout British Columbia.
While quality craftsmanship remains at the core of everything we do, what truly sets our company apart is the systems behind the work. From detailed estimating and project management procedures to quality control inspections, client communication standards, safety programs, and financial tracking, every project follows a structured process designed to create a predictable and professional experience.
